Our line of Electric guitars; S1, S2, A1.6F, A2.6F, A2.6M, A1.7F, and A2.7F are designed in Sweden with the help of our awesome guitarists Mattias IA Eklundh (Freak Kitchen) and Eero “Eeppi” Ursin (Kotipelto). The instruments are made to be played. We create them for musicians who want to stand out from the crowd and who don’t follow trends or standard designs.

Solar Guitars is a Swedish guitar company founded by Ola Englund in 2015. The company has built a reputation for producing innovative guitars that aim to blend the best of both old-school and modern features.
The company’s first offering, the A1.6, was introduced in 2016 and offered players a 6-string version of their popular A1 model. That same year, Solar also produced a limited run of 100 Signature Series A1.6 models in collaboration with Ola Englund himself.
In 2018, two new additions were added to this line: the high-end E2.6 baritone model and the SE1.6 FM single cutaway guitar, which comes equipped with an EMG 81/85 pickup set and Floyd Rose Special tremolo system.
