My name is Eric Madis and I am the creator of BaritoneGuitar.com. I have been playing guitar for over 50 years. I have a degree in music education with a concentration in Jazz Studies from the University of Washington. I spent 20 years as a professional musician on the west coast, mainly in Seattle, WA. Since then I have been teaching guitar at all levels from beginner to advanced students and now teach online as well.

I started BaritoneGuitar.com because there was not a whole lot of information about baritone guitars available online and even less about how to play them. So this is my attempt to rectify that situation and provide information for those who wish to learn how to play the baritone guitar or just want more information about them in general.
