The Gibson Les Paul is a solid body electric guitar that was first sold by the Gibson Guitar Corporation in 1952. The Les Paul was designed by Ted McCarty and Les Paul himself, an American jazz, blues and country guitarist. It is a very versatile instrument with a wide variety of sounds and tones.

The Gibson SG is another popular model from Gibson Guitar Corporation. It has a double cutaway body similar to that of the Fender Stratocaster and Telecaster, which makes it easier to play high notes on the upper frets. It also has two humbucker pickups for a heavier sound than single coil pickups provide.

Gibson also makes acoustic guitars under their brand name such as the J-45, Hummingbird, Dove, Songwriter series, Southern Jumbo and Montana Jumbo.

A blog about Gibson Guitars, the most famous guitars ever made. We will post information about Gibson Les Pauls, Gibson Flying Vs, Gibson Explorers, Gibson Firebirds and all other models that Gibson has made over the years. Including information about famous guitarists who play or have played Gibsons.

When I was a kid growing up in the 70’s my uncle had a sunburst 1958 Les Paul Standard that I later found out was worth nearly $40,000.00! It was one of the most beautiful guitars I had ever seen and it was my dream to play it. One day I finally got my chance when he brought it over for a family dinner and let me strum a few chords. The action was so high I could barely press the strings down but it was still the thrill of my life.

I asked him if he would ever sell it and he said no way…it’s not for sale…ever! He said that his father bought it brand new in 1958 when he lived in New Jersey and that he remembered playing around with it as a kid himself. One day his father brought home another guitar that he had won in a poker game and told him to take good care of this one because its going to be worth a lot of

Ever since their creation in the 1920’s, Gibson guitars have been some of the best and most popular guitars ever made. In fact, Gibson is known worldwide as one of the most popular guitar brands ever.

Gibson is actually one of the oldest guitar manufacturers in the world. In fact, a lot of people don’t know that Gibson was originally a violin manufacturer! It wasn’t until over 30 years later that Gibson decided to start manufacturing guitars. But once they did, all of America couldn’t get enough of these awesome guitars! That’s why we’ve decided to create this blog – to look at all of the top Gibson guitars and see what makes them so great.

It’s no secret that some Gibson guitars are worth thousands and thousands of dollars. And the thing is, some vintage Gibson guitars are only going to increase in value. So if you happen to end up with a vintage Gibson guitar, hold onto it and don’t let it go!

The good news is that now that they’re no longer making classic vintage models, you can still find a lot of great new Gibson guitar models on sale today. These newer Gibsons still have all of the quality and beauty that made their classic models so great.

There are so many different Gibson models to choose from. It can be quite daunting to choose the right one for you. Especially if you’re looking for your first guitar.

So I thought it would be helpful to make a list of the most popular Gibson guitars. Here is a list of the top 10 Gibsons with some additional information about each one.

Please note that this list is in alphabetical order, which means that there’s no ranking here (this would be almost impossible anyway). I have also made a separate page for electric guitars, acoustic guitars and bass guitars.

Gibson is a brand of high-end guitars that are considered to be among the best in the world. They are expensive, though, and many people cannot afford them. For this reason, Gibson is also the leading seller of used guitars on the market. If you have been thinking about getting a Gibson but you do not want to spend a fortune, consider one of these options.

1st – The Gibson Les Paul: This is probably the most famous guitar in the world. It was designed by Les Paul, who was one of the first people to use electric guitars for music production. The Les Paul Standard comes standard with two humbuckers and three controls (one volume, one tone). This model is available in both solid body and semi-hollow body versions.

2nd – The Gibson SG: This guitar is unique because it has no headstock; instead, it has what some people call a “bustle” back design (like a violin’s tailpiece). It has two humbuckers and three controls (one volume, one tone). Like other Gibsons, this model comes with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard.

3rd – The Gibson ES series: This series includes guitars like the ES-335 (a semi

The first electric guitar was invented by George Beauchamp. He built the first one in 1931 and he called it the Frying Pan. It was a lap steel guitar but it had a magnetic pickup attached to the neck which gave it the ability to be played through an amplifier. The Frying Pan was produced by the Rickenbacker company up until 1939. Les Paul took note of the electric guitar and wanted to make his own version of it that could be played like a regular guitar. His first version was called “The Log” and is considered by some as the first solid body electric guitar ever made. He later improved this design to create what we consider as the first real electric guitar, which he named “The Goldtop.”

Les Paul did not stop with building just one electric guitar, however. He also invented multi-track recording, which allowed for overdubbing and other studio tricks that would go on to be used for decades to come in studios all over the world. Paul’s guitars would become some of the most popular guitars ever made, and are still being produced today by Gibson under his name.

One of his most famous guitars is called “The Black Beauty.” This guitar is black with a white pick guard and two humbucking pickups that have been
