12 Step Bands: The Best Bands to Play Your Favorite 12 Step Grooves: a blog about 12 step grooves and great bands with samples.
“We’re all just 12-bar blues players,” the man said. He was a guitarist, so he began to play a familiar twelve bar blues pattern for me, holding the last note on each bar for a full beat. I nodded and smiled; he was right; we were all playing that same riff, in one form or another, over and over again. This is one of the first things you learn when you start playing in a band: even if you don’t know what’s going on, there’s always something familiar about it.
I am not a musician; I am, however, an avid listener to music. And lately I have been listening to a lot of bluegrass music, in particular the work of several very talented groups: String Cheese Incident, Leftover Salmon, Yonder Mountain String Band, and The Travelin’ McCourys are among my favorites. (If you’re not familiar with any of these bands, I highly recommend checking them out.)
At first listen these bands sound very different from each other – they have different styles and sounds. But on deeper inspection they are
12 Step Bands: The Best Bands to Play Your Favorite 12 Step Grooves: a blog about 12 step grooves and great bands with samples.
I started this blog back in March of 2013, after I had been looking online for a while for good bands to play my favorite 12-step songs on YouTube. I was searching for a way to learn more about the genre and share my knowledge with others. Today, there are more than 1,200 posts on this blog.

But I also wanted to find out who else in the genre had great songs and albums that would inspire me to listen more closely to other styles of music and genres that I was unfamiliar with.
I created the blog because it seemed like there was no one place where you could go to hear all of the great bands from different genres playing their best songs from their albums. So I decided to dedicate myself to learning as much as possible about these bands, their music, and how they approach their craft.
Most people who come here are probably familiar with a few of these bands and artists, but they

He (or she) will use this technique in many different situations during a song, including the intro, during the verse and chorus sections and during the solo. The first step is to choose a drum kit that you feel comfortable with. There are many different types of drum kits available today, so it is important that you choose one that suits your style of playing. A good way to find out which kit would suit you best would be to go into your local music store and try out some drum sets. Once you have found a set that you like, then start practicing on it until you feel confident enough to play it at home.
There are many different types of 12 step grooves. Some of these include: The Blues Rock Style, The Punk Rock Style, The Sk
